Laura Eldredge currently works as a Restoration & Enhancement Section Chief for Miami-Dade County. She also served as the manager of the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Preserves for over 4 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia Southern University and her Masters of Science in Marine Biology and Marine Environmental Sciences from Nova Southeastern University, where she studied spatial and temporal distribution of manatees in Broward County.
