Craig has worked as an environmental professional in the public sector for 37 years before joining Miami Waterkeeper in 2025 as their senior advisor. He has extensive experience in conservation biology and ground and surface water quality monitoring including interpretation of water quality data.
Since 2002, he has served on four Army Corps CERP project delivery teams including the Biscayne Bay Coastal Wetlands Project and the Wastewater Reuse Pilot Project. Craig is also Vice Chair of the Village of Palmettto Bay’s Tree Advisory Board and represents Miami Waterkeeper on Mayor Levine Cava’s task force to update the County’s Comprehensive Development Master Plan. He and his wife Lourdes live in Palmetto Bay where they raised two sons.
