Charles Munroe is a fourth generation Miami native. He believes that every great city must have a great park, and Biscayne Bay is that gem for Miami.
He is an avid sailor, diver and lover of all things on the water, with a deep love of nature, and is passionate about protecting and preserving Biscayne Bay for future generations.
